1.  Completion of Upgrades at Ali Refai Girls Secondary School In October 2025, Ras Ghareb Wind Energy (RGWE) proudly announced the completion of all development and upgrading works at Ali Refai Girls Secondary School. The fully renovated school was officially handed over to the General Authority for Educational Buildings, providing students with modern classrooms, enhanced facilities, and a vibrant learning environment. On October 5th, students returned to a refreshed and inspiring campus, enjoying spaces designed to support better learning experiences.

The school received special recognition during a visit by the Deputy Governor on October 12th, who praised the extensive improvements and confirmed that the school now ranks among the top institutions in the governorate.

Official Opening Ceremony and Historic Collaboration. The official inauguration on October 19th brought together key leaders, including Hans Bruins, CEO of RGWE and RSWE, the CEO of Suez Wind Energy, representatives from Gold Wind, and city officials led by the Mayor of Ras Ghareb.

This event marked the first-ever collaboration among the three wind energy companies, with each company contributing equally to the development works. Additionally, Gold Wind generously supplied all the school furniture. The ceremony featured a musical performance by the students, and the main contributors were formally honored, celebrating a historic partnership and highlighting a major milestone in RGWE’s CSR initiatives.

2. Ras Ghareb Stakeholder Visits and Feedback At the end of December 2025, RGWE conducted field visits across Ras Ghareb to engage with stakeholders and assess the impact of its CSR activities. Questionnaires were distributed to gather feedback on the effectiveness of the initiatives.

The responses were overwhelmingly positive, emphasizing the meaningful benefits of RGWE’s projects on the local community. Stakeholders also shared valuable recommendations and highlighted priority needs, which will be incorporated into the 2026 CSR Plan to ensure that future initiatives continue to address community priorities and maximize social impact.
